Throughout my career in law enforcement, I have learned that effective leadership is built on a few simple but important principles: integrity, honesty, fairness, accountability and leading by example. I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their circumstances.

As your Sheriff, my commitment is to build an office that you can trust, depend on, and be proud of. My goal is to work alongside the dedicated men and women of the Sheriff’s Office to strengthen public safety, support our deputies and staff and build lasting relationships with the families, businesses and communities we serve.
